How do I place an order?
Simply choose your meals on our website, add them to your cart, and check out. Then we’ll take care of the rest.
When will I receive my meals?
We deliver every Tuesday and Friday between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Do the meals come fresh or frozen?
Our meals are delivered fresh, never frozen — ready to heat and enjoy.
How long do the meals last?
Each Flatties Meal remains fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them if you want to extend their shelf life.
How do I heat the meals?
Yes! Our meals come fully cooked. Just microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. (Times may vary depending on the appliance.)
Are Flatties Meals healthy and diet-friendly?
Yes! We offer a wide range of meals to suit different lifestyles, including high-protein, low-calorie, vegetarian. Every meal is portion-controlled and dietitian-approved to support your health goals.
Is there a delivery cost?
The platform we use to manage and process meal deliveries charges a flat-rate delivery of $5.99 per delivery
